Barcelona–El Prat Airport has two separate terminals, T1 and T2. They are a few kilometres apart, so it matters which one you fly from — for your taxi pickup and for your flight home.

Two terminals, a few kilometres apart
Terminal 1 (T1) is the newer, larger building. Terminal 2 (T2) is the older one, divided into T2A, T2B and T2C. You cannot walk between them: there is a free shuttle bus that runs between the terminals around the clock and takes roughly 10–15 minutes.
Which terminal do I use?
The terminal is shown on your booking confirmation or boarding pass. As a rule of thumb, Vueling, Iberia and most international full-service airlines use T1, while several low-cost airlines use T2. Airlines change terminals from time to time, so always check your own booking or the airport website before you travel.
Where your taxi driver meets you
When you book with us, add your flight number. We follow your flight and your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall of the right terminal, just after you exit baggage claim, with a sign with your name. If you cannot see your driver, call or WhatsApp us on +34 662 088 804.
If you prefer the official taxi rank, it is outside the arrivals exit of both T1 and T2. The rates are the same official meter rates.
Going back to the airport
Tell us your airline and terminal when you book your return. For a European flight, plan to be at the airport about 2 hours before departure; for long-haul flights, about 3 hours. From the city centre the drive usually takes 25–35 minutes.

Can I walk from T1 to T2?
No. Use the free shuttle bus between the terminals, which takes around 10–15 minutes.
Where do I meet my pre-booked taxi?
In the arrivals hall of your terminal, after baggage claim. Your driver will have a sign with your name.
What if my flight lands at a different terminal than planned?
Send us a WhatsApp message. Because we track your flight, the driver adjusts to the terminal you land at.
