What "meet & greet" means
Meet & greet means your driver is waiting for you inside the airport when you land — you do not queue at the taxi rank or search for a car. You walk out of baggage claim, see your name on a sign, and your driver helps with the luggage and takes you straight to your hotel.
How it works, step by step
- Book on WhatsApp and send your flight number, date, number of passengers and your hotel or address.
- We track your flight, so if you land early or late the driver adjusts — no extra stress.
- Your driver waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal, just after you exit baggage claim, holding a sign with your name.
- The driver helps with your bags and takes you directly to your destination on the official meter.
Where exactly does the driver wait?
In the arrivals hall of the terminal you land at (T1 or T2), after customs and baggage claim, near the exit. If the airport is very busy, we tell you the exact meeting point by WhatsApp. If you cannot see your driver, just call or WhatsApp us on +34 662 088 804 and we connect you right away.
If your flight is delayed
No problem — because we follow your flight, the driver is there for your actual landing time, not the original one. You do not need to do anything; just come out when you are ready.
