2. What data we collect

We only collect what we need to give you a price and carry out your transfer:

• Booking details you enter in the form: name, phone/WhatsApp number, pick-up and drop-off, date and time, number of passengers and luggage, and any flight number or note you add.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp.
• Technical & usage data collected by cookies/tags only if you accept them (see section 5): approximate device/browser information and how you use the site.

We do not ask for or store card numbers, ID numbers or any special-category data on this website.

3. How we use your data

• To show you an approximate price and to receive and confirm your booking.
• To contact you about your ride (for example a WhatsApp confirmation or a change).
• To take secure online payments when you choose to pay a payment link (handled by our payment provider — we never see your full card details).
• With your consent, to measure website visits and the performance of our advertising.

4. Legal basis

• Contract / your request — to handle the booking you ask us to make.
• Consent — for analytics and advertising cookies, which load only after you accept them. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interest / legal obligation — to keep basic records of the services we provide and to meet tax and accounting duties.

5. Cookies and tracking

When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. Until you accept, advertising and analytics tags stay switched off (Google Consent Mode “denied” by default).

• Essential — needed for the site and the consent choice to work. Always on.
• Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) — loads only if you accept. Helps us see how many people visit and which pages they use.
• Advertising (Google Ads) — loads only if you accept. Helps us measure which ads lead to bookings.

6. Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the booking, and only for that purpose:

• Meta / WhatsApp — when you contact or are contacted on WhatsApp.
• Google — for consented analytics and advertising measurement.
• Our payment provider — to process a card payment you choose to make.
• Our website host — which stores the site and booking messages securely.

7. International transfers

Some providers above may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision).

8. How long we keep it

We keep booking details only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal (tax/accounting) obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Cookie data is kept for the period set by each cookie.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR / UK GDPR you can ask us to:

• access a copy of your data;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it (“right to be forgotten”);
• restrict or object to its use, or ask for it to be ported elsewhere;

The website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and we limit access to booking information to the people who handle your ride.

11. Children

This service is intended for adults making travel bookings. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above always shows the current version.
